- Refunds - Our products are extremely well packaged in order to withstand the delivery process. We ask that you inspect your items immediately upon receipt and inform us immediately of any damage. Failure to do so may mean we will be unable to replace your order. We will endeavour to replace goods to the exact specification of the original order damaged in transit at your earliest convenience. - Contact - We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified.
Upon successful transaction you will receive an email containing confirmation of your order, along with details of products ordered. You must check all details of your confirmation email are correct as soon as possible and should print out and keep a copy for your records.

- Delivery - We do rely on a third party carrier service to perform the completion of our contract. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. There may be an occasion when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived within the projected time frame. Please note we cannot bear responsibility for such circumstances but we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
- Guarantee - In the light of the forgoing you will appreciate we feel confident that we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our products and service. Please note that all measurements given are approximate.
- Returns - In the event of dissatisfaction with a product, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the items and packaging until it is received by us. Optimum Balance Products Ltd withhold the right to refund if the goods are returned damaged due to insufficient packaging. We are happy to assist with the arrangement of returned goods where possible. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.
