You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected more probably enhanced.
Delivery
We do rely on a third party carrier service to perform the completion of our contract. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. There may be an occasion when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived within the projected time frame. Please note we cannot bear responsibility for such circumstances but we will endeavour to rectify the situation.

In the light of the forgoing you will appreciate we feel confident that we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our products and service. Please note that all measurements given are approximate.
Returns
In the event of dissatisfaction with a product, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the items and packaging until it is received by us. Optimum Balance Products Ltd withhold the right to refund if the goods are returned damaged due to insufficient packaging. We are happy to assist with the arrangement of returned goods where possible. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.
